Nesta sexta-feira (26), a Defesa Civil do Estado de São Paulo, através da Regional de Presidente Prudente (REPDEC I10), realizou a liberação e entrega de materiais de ajuda humanitária destinados aos municípios de Sagres, Teodoro Sampaio e Caiabu, atingidos pelo vendaval da última segunda-feira (22). Entre os itens disponibilizados estão lona plástica para cobertura emergencial de imóveis afetados, além de kits dormitório, compostos por colchões, travesseiros, lençóis e cobertores. Foram disponibilizados também os kits de higiene, contendo shampoo, sabonete, escova e creme dental, desodorante, entre outros produtos de uso essencial. De acordo com o Coordenador Regional adjunto de Proteção e Defesa Civil, Renato Gouvea, a ação é fundamental para apoiar as famílias no processo de recuperação.
“A ajuda humanitária é muito importante nesse momento, para trazer um pouco mais de conforto às pessoas que foram mais afetadas pelo vendaval”, ressaltou.
A medida fortalece o trabalho das Defesas Civis municipais no atendimento direto às comunidades atingidas, contribuindo para reduzir os impactos causados pelo evento climático severo.
