Na manhã deste domingo (21/09), durante o desencadeamento da Operação Impacto, em combate a ilícitos administrativos e penais pela Rodovia Raposo Tavares (SP-270), em Presidente Epitácio/SP, policiais rodoviários abordaram um veículo Renault/Sandero de Presidente Prudente/SP, com dois ocupantes e durante a fiscalização, foi localizado no interior do veículo 383 frascos de perfumes de marcas diversas e duas ampolas de medicamento T.G.7,5, todos de origem estrangeira e desprovidos de documentação fiscal.
Em pesquisa via internet foi estimado o valor das mercadorias em R$13.600,00.
O condutor do veículo, um homem de 29 anos e a Passageira, uma mulher de 29 anos, ambos moradores de Presidente Prudente/SP, foram conduzidos até a Delegacia da Receita Federal de Presidente Prudente/SP, onde o Auditor Fiscal, elaborou o Termo de Apreensão de Veículo e das mercadorias, liberando as partes após ouvi-las, apreendendo as mercadorias e o veículo.
