Na Quinta-feira (11/09), em mais uma ação precisa do Setor de Investigações Gerais (SIG), a Polícia Civil de Pirapozinho/SP prendeu um suspeito de tráfico de drogas no bairro Jardim Soledade, após uma tentativa frustrada de fuga.
Durante monitoramento sigiloso, os investigadores constataram intensa movimentação de venda de entorpecentes em via pública. A estrutura dos imóveis da região, sem muros ou portões, era utilizada pelos criminosos para facilitar a circulação e escapar da ação policial.
Ao perceber a aproximação das equipes, o suspeito, um homem de 25 anos, tentou fugir correndo pelos fundos de uma residência que não lhe pertence. A fuga, no entanto, foi rapidamente interceptada pela segunda equipe, posicionada estrategicamente no único local de saída.
Com o abordado, foi localizada substância aparentando ser crack, acondicionada para venda, além de um celular e dinheiro em espécie.
A Polícia Civil informa que investigações continuam em curso no Jardim Soledade, visando identificar e responsabilizar outros envolvidos na prática criminosa.
