Na noite de ontem (04/09), durante patrulhamento que realizava pela vila Geny, em Presidente Prudente/SP, policiais militares que atuam no 8º BAEP (Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia), avistaram um homem de 26 anos, que ao perceber a presença da equipe arremessou algo no chão e tentou se evadir para uma residência. Ele foi acompanhado e contido em seguida.
Os policiais retornaram ao local e encontraram o objeto jogado pelo envolvido. Tratava-se de uma porção de crack.
Questionado sobre a droga, o homem disse que fazia a venda das drogas e que em sua residência haveria mais entorpecente. Com o apoio do Canil do BAEP, o cão de faro Ravena localizou certa quantidade de maconha.
O homem foi preso e conduzido até o plantão permanente da Delegacia Participativa onde a autoridade confirmou a prisão em flagrante e procedeu a apreensão da droga. O autor, permaneceu recolhido à disposição da Justiça.
